This is the second watch of this kind I've owned and they are pretty similar, except this one has a single button instead of two that my last one had (it looks like a crown but rotating it does nothing). Because it's just got one button it's mostly just the "back" button, and that means the device is 100% functional because everything else can be done with the touch screen. This a very customization-heavy device. Initially you don't have a loadout of apps within the phone that are easily accessible, but it's REALLY easy to add them (for the most part) so you can slide the screen quickly to get at whatever app you need the most (in my case, health issues mean heart-rate is the first app). My old smart watch had a way to set it to NOT turn on the screen when I move my hand, and I can't seem to find that feature here, which is a little annoying. The minimum brightness is also brighter than I would like and would make it hard to sleep and distracting to watch a movie in a theater. The wrist-band is functional but I had a heck of a time trying to get it on. Once you do get it on, it feels cheap and I'm wondering how much abuse it will stand up to. I really like devices like this because they offer 90% of what you want or need from a smartwatch at 10-25% of the price of a big brand. They cost almost nothing. The downside is, what do you do when the cheap wristband snaps in half? The only thing keeping products like this from being perfect is an easy way to replace the wrist-band periodically. I've gone through 3 watches and always the wrist-band gave out before even the battery died on a watch that couldn't be recharged!Leggi di più

My daughter likes that it is similar to an apple watch. It is super affordable and has pretty much all of the bells and whistles of an apple watch. This isn't the best smartwatch around, but for $20 it's a nice watch. The app that links to it via bluetooth enables you to customize the layout of your watch interface. It's rated ip68 waterproof, which means it will last about 30 minutes in water at 5 feet deep. Keep in mind it's freshwater, not salt or pool water. Those will have a whole different effect on it. It has all the standard smartwatch functions and the menu layout is pretty easy to navigate. You can swipe to move through the screens, or press the side button to give a menu to scroll through. It comes with a silicon band and custom charger (so don't lose it). If you're looking for an inexpensive smartwatch, this is a great choice.Leggi di più
